Research Experience and Achievements Undergraduate Period

• Conducted research on kombucha, including the formulation design for kombucha beverage preparation and the isolation of bacterial cellulose-producing strains.
• June 2022 – April 2024

Participated in a National Natural Science Foundation of China (NSFC) project, focusing on functional genes involved in the modification of purpurosamine in the gentamicin biosynthetic pathway. Successfully constructed mutant strains producing a novel aminoaldehyde sugar compound via conjugation transfer between Escherichia coli and Micromonospora purpurea, contributing to the targeted modification of specialized antibiotics and the development of novel aminoglycoside drugs.
